While completing a community leadership program at the Obama Foundation, I was introduced to Liberatory Design - a version of the human-centered design process prioritizing equity and inclusion. I use this model with clients, relying heavily on collaboration and co-design practices that include community members as major stakeholders.
I believe through deep listening, compassion, and dreaming we can build beautiful experiences together.
